I've been having a real 80s-a-thon recently. Love it!
Ahem, sorry... I feel incredibly rude. I haven't posted on here for quite some time again, and for that, I apologize! I've been pretty busy, I went for the position of Newspaper Editor in the by-elections at my uni... and came second. BLAH. Never mind about that for now though! :D
I'm attempting to make a gypsy tart for Suzi Wilkin et al tomorrow... I'll be honest, I'm scared that it's all going to go wrong, as it's the first time I've actually made one myself... Let's hope it sets! :P or we'll have a rather runny mess on our hands!
Oh, I've FINALLY seen Despicable Me, by the way... It was awesome! :D one of the best kids' films I've seen for a long time! Now all we have to look forward to (or not) is the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 next week... Oh dear. >.< It's going to be horrendous!
That will do for tonight. Due to my lack of sleep, I'm very tired... *yawns*
Look out for my next post, freakies! <3 xx

Demo 2010 March - 10.11.10 - Press conference
Students from all over the UK are marching in London today in a protest against the sharp rise in tuition fees, expected to be introduced in 2012.
An unprecedented amount of students have attended - there were only around 24,000 expected, yet in the past 48 hours, students have flocked to London to voice their opinions in high numbers.
63 students from the University of Bedfordshire have travelled by coach to the protest, which was organised by 2nd year Journalism student, Jamie Tayler. Having attended the press conference at 11.15am, he said: "People are fairly quiet at the moment, but various slogans are being shouted out, for example: You say cutbacks, we say fight back," and "We voted Lib Dems, look what they've done with us."
The march has started in many places over London, including Euston, where it is believed that around 4,000 students are currently protesting. Protesters are planning to march to the Institute of Education, and then through to the Houses of Parliament.
