Ambrosia, sweet Ambrosia...

Oh, Ambrosia rice pudding, I haven't had the pleasure of you coating my tongue in your sweet milky goodness for so long...

Yes, that sounded dirty. Yes, I know what Ambrosia is a euphemism for. I DON'T CARE. I LOVE rice pudding!

I really do wonder what Ambrosia were thinking when they gave themselves such a name. Sure, it may well be the name of the Greek gods' special drink but we all know the main use of the word in today's society! Ah, I digress.

Anyway, rice pudding. It's such a simple concept, cheap to buy and cheap to make, yet it fills my stomach with smiley faces and happy riffs! The milky coating and the delicate grains of rice are truly a match made in Heaven... Yum! I may or may not have just waded my way though an entire can... oops. Ah well, life is for living right?

Speaking of life being for living, I watched a touching video this morning that was really thought provoking. It was a video of Steve Jobs delivering a speech to university graduates back in 2005. Seeing him up on a stage, telling young people to live life as if they would die tomorrow was heart-wrenching. Not only this, he spoke of his relief of having overcome his pancreatic cancer on the first occasion that doctors discovered it. The world makes no sense sometimes - a man who was an utter genius and worked hard throughout his life to succeed in the technology market only really just saw his intelligence begin to come to fruition. His legacy will live on forever in the world of technology!
