There are grey clouds outside my window today.
Nothing but darkness and gloom.
That's pretty much exactly how I'm feeling right now.
In our world today, we are constantly surrounded by communication. Facebook. Twitter. Blogs. They all encourage us to do one thing... express the feelings that are on your mind. Every word under the sun can be typed up for all to see, but they lack a vital element... That of emotion. You can read a message, analyse it in your head as many times as you want, even say it out loud in as many different tones as you like, but it's unlikely that you will ever understand the purpose in which something was said.
What's worse is that, when writing online, it leaves your words open to misinterpretation. Yet, even worse than that...?
When a person that you love is the misinterpretor.
There's nothing quite like receiving a negative message from someone that you consider to be a friend and feeling like your body could implode at any second. It's quite possibly one of the worst feelings in the world. Right now, I can't think of anything but apologies and explanations. Yet I feel that whatever I say now is going to be completely disregarded.
I'm deeply sorry. xxx
